📥 The reporting hub: everything lands with you — already sorted
Your members report straight from their breeder app; each case appears for you as a clear card with all the data. Reports sent to your reporting address before you registered are there instantly too. Six case types:
Mating report
A member records the mating of their bitch or queen in WurfDesk and clicks “Send mating report to club”. You immediately see: mating date, stud dog with microchip and studbook number (external studs included), expected whelping date and all breeder details. The breeding-regulations monitor automatically checks minimum age, litter interval and breeding approval — violations appear as a red notice right on the report.
Litter report
After the birth, the member sends the complete litter report: dam, sire, every puppy with sex, colour and microchip number, plus the breeder’s address. All structured like a completed form — just without deciphering handwriting. On request you also receive it by email.
First & final litter inspection with checklist
Your breeding warden has visited? Record the first AND the final inspection separately: result, date, “inspected by” — plus your own checklist (chips verified, vaccination status, rearing conditions …) to tick off. The breeder sees both results, open items included, in their litter log; you have the evidence in your export.
Pedigree application + pedigree printing
The member selects the puppies and the number of generations — you receive the application with all animal data. And new: on request, WurfDesk prints the pedigree certificate straight from the recorded pedigrees — up to 5 generations in the classic chart layout, with club header, identification data and a stamp line. You can of course keep using your own software.
Breeding approval, just like at the federation
The application arrives with all data: master data, microchip, titles — and the recorded health evidence (DNA tests, examinations). You decide on three levels: granted, granted with conditions, or refused, optionally limited to a fixed date. Granted approvals can be revoked. Every decision appears instantly on the member’s animal, email included.
Open delivery
For members who don’t (yet) use WurfDesk at all: you create a dispatch, upload the finished pedigree certificates and send a download link — the recipient needs no account, only the email. Valid for 90 days, after which WurfDesk cleans up automatically.

Report studbook numbers back
You enter the assigned studbook numbers per puppy directly on the application — they automatically appear on the breeder’s animal and in every export. The loop closes without a single letter.
Delivery by any route
Upload finished pedigree certificates (PDF/scan) and deliver them: ① into the breeder’s app, ② as an email attachment with one click, ③ as a download link with no account required, ④ by post — then note the dispatch date and tracking number, both visible to the breeder too. No more “it never arrived” discussions.
Fees under control
On every case (litter report, pedigree application, approval, kennel name protection) you note the fee: amount plus “paid on”. Open items are orange, paid ones green — and the annual statistics automatically total “charged” and “paid”.
Order across a hundred cases
Search across everything (breeder, animal, litter, email), status filter “open/done”, counter tiles for open items per type — and on Mondays an automatic reminder email if something has been waiting for more than 14 days (can be switched off).
Automatic kennel name check
Every litter report shows immediately whether the reporting member’s kennel name is in your register: “kennel registered ✓” or “kennel not in register” — without you having to look it up.

Studbook register with puppy rows
The core task of every studbook office: the continuous annual register of all reported litters — with every single puppy row (name, sex, colour, microchip, studbook number), parents and breeder. Printable for the archive, as CSV for the federation — and studbook numbers you report back appear automatically.
Pedigree certificate generator
One click per puppy on the application: WurfDesk builds the pedigree certificate from the recorded pedigrees — up to 5 generations in the classic chart layout, with the ancestors’ titles, studbook numbers and colours, club header and a signature/stamp line. Print, stamp, done.
Breeding-regulations monitor
Your rules, checked automatically: minimum age of the bitch, minimum litter interval, approval requirement (including expiry and revocation). Violations appear as a red notice on mating and litter reports — notices, not blocks: your breeding warden decides.
Import legacy studbooks
Import your studbooks from the time before WurfDesk as CSV (one row per puppy) — those years appear in the register ahead of the live reports. The register reaches back to 1950; faulty imports can be deleted per year.
Stud dog directory
Keep approved stud dogs with identification data, titles, health details and owner contact — CSV import/export included. On request you publish the directory on your club page: breeders find studs, owners receive enquiries.
Events & show results
Shows, meetings and breed shows in the club calendar — shows with a complete results list (class, grading, placement, title) and CSV export. Events and results can be displayed on your public club page.

Member management
Name, email, membership number, address, phone, date of joining — by hand or via CSV import from your Excel list. Departures are recorded rather than deleted (the fee history stays), and every member gets their membership certificate to print with one click. Incoming cases automatically carry the “✓ member” badge, and the typo-tolerant kennel name matching flags similar register entries.
SEPA direct debit for membership fees
The feature that replaces the treasurer’s Excel list: a SEPA mandate per member (the IBAN is validated automatically), one click generates the batch direct-debit file across all outstanding annual fees — you upload it to your online banking and WurfDesk books the fees as paid. Plus the reminder run: one email to everyone with outstanding fees.
Online membership application
Prospective members apply for membership directly on your club page — with email confirmation against spam. You decide with one click: accepting creates the member with their date of joining and sends the welcome email. No paper form, no retyping.
“My club” for your members
Members with a WurfDesk account see their fee status and the upcoming club events and print their membership certificate themselves — the most common questions to the board answer themselves.
Newsletter with attachment
Invitation to the annual general meeting? New breeding regulations? Subject, text and optionally an attachment (PDF or image) — all active members receive the email, replies land in your club mailbox. Former members are excluded automatically; with a log of the most recent newsletters.
Kennel name register

🎬 How a pedigree application runs at your club — step by step
- 1The member selects the puppies in their litter and clicks “Apply for pedigree” — you receive the application with all animal data in the reporting hub (and by email if you wish).
- 2You click “Confirm receipt” — the member sees immediately: arrived. Optionally you note the fee (e.g. €25), which shows as “open” until you set “paid on”.
- 3You print the pedigree certificates directly in WurfDesk (pedigree generator, up to 5 generations) — or create them as usual in your own software. You enter the assigned studbook numbers per puppy on the application; they appear automatically on the breeder’s animal and in the studbook register.
- 4Deliver: upload the PDF and send it with one click into the app and/or as an email attachment — or send it by post and note the dispatch date + tracking number. Then “Mark as issued”.
- 5Done. The member has pedigree certificates, numbers and proof; you have statistics, fee status and a complete log — without touching a single folder.

Frequently asked questions
What does the club account cost?
Nothing — ever. The club account is completely free, including unlimited storage for pedigree files and documents, multiple user logins and all features. No trial period, no hidden costs, no advertising.
Does WurfDesk replace our pedigree software?
It can, but it doesn’t have to: the pedigree generator prints certificates of up to 5 generations straight from the recorded pedigrees — with club header and stamp line. If you want to keep your familiar software, you still use WurfDesk for everything before (structured reports instead of paper) and after (delivery, reporting studbook numbers back, studbook register, fees, evidence).
Do our members need a WurfDesk account?
For reporting via WurfDesk, yes (breeder account, reporting features from the Pro plan). For the delivery of finished pedigree certificates, no: open delivery reaches every member via download link — without any account. Newsletters likewise reach all stored members, with or without an account.
How are reports assigned to our club?
Via your reporting email address: you register the club account with exactly the address your members send their reports to. Everything sent to this address automatically appears in your reporting hub — including reports from BEFORE your registration.
Why is the account approved manually?
To protect breeders’ data, we personally review every club account before it can see any reports. Approval usually takes place within one working day — you’ll receive an email as soon as you’re ready to go.
Can we take over our existing member list?
Yes — as a CSV import straight from Excel (including address, date of joining and SEPA mandate data; sample file available for download). The import recognises your columns automatically, updates existing entries and can be repeated at any time. The same applies to kennel names, stud dogs and even your legacy studbooks.
How exactly does the SEPA direct debit for membership fees work?
You store your creditor identifier and club IBAN once, plus the direct-debit mandate per member (IBAN, mandate reference, signature date — WurfDesk validates the IBAN automatically). Then one click generates the SEPA batch file across all outstanding annual fees; you upload it to your online banking. The money goes directly to your club account — never via WurfDesk. Members without a mandate are honestly shown as skipped in the preview.
How do new members join the club?
In two ways: the classic way, created by you — or via the online membership application on your club page. The applicant fills in the form, confirms their email address, and you decide with one click. On acceptance the member is created automatically with their date of joining and receives a welcome email.
What do our members see of what we do?
Exactly what concerns them: confirmations of receipt, processing status, the approval decision with reasons and expiry date, both inspection results including the checklist, assigned studbook numbers, fees and the delivery route of the pedigree certificates. Members with a WurfDesk account additionally see their own fee status and your events (“My club”). Internal matters such as your complete member list are seen by no one but you.
Can we include WurfDesk in our breeding regulations?
Yes — that is exactly what the reporting hub is built for. Many clubs already prescribe the form of litter and mating reports; with WurfDesk as the reporting channel, the data arrives complete, legible and with confirmation of receipt. You can store your breeding regulations as a document with a permanent link directly in WurfDesk.
What happens if we want to stop again?
One click on the full export delivers all data as CSV + ZIP, the public club page can be switched off, and the account can be deleted at any time. There is no notice period, no contract and no cost — and accordingly no reason to withhold anything from you.
